Shipping Policy

Last updated: February 2026

We strive to accurately estimate when your tiles will ship and be delivered. Please review the information below to understand our shipping procedures, timelines, and your responsibilities upon receipt of goods.

Processing & Packaging

Standard order processing and packaging takes 10–15 business days from order confirmation. This lead time accounts for quality inspection, careful packing, and palletisation of your tiles.

For orders requiring a specific timeline, our sales team will communicate an agreed-upon delivery schedule at the time of purchase. Custom lead times must be confirmed in writing.

Shipping Options

We use three primary modes of shipment depending on order size, destination, and urgency:

  • Shipping Line (Sea / Rail) — Best suited for large bulk orders. The most cost-effective option for international and long-distance shipments. Transit times vary by destination.
  • Transport Company (Road) — Suitable for regional deliveries and domestic bulk orders. Offers more flexible scheduling for local customers.
  • Courier — Used for tile samples, small urgent orders, and document delivery. Fastest option with full tracking capability.

The mode of shipment will be recommended by our team at the time of order, taking into account your location and requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination (domestic or international)
  • Carrier selection and availability
  • Cargo weight and volume
  • Current freight market rates

Detailed shipping costs will be shared with you via email, WhatsApp, or included in your Pro-forma Invoice (PI) prior to order confirmation. We do not proceed with shipping until costs are agreed upon in writing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details including the carrier name, waybill or Bill of Lading number, and estimated delivery date. You can monitor the live status of your shipment using our dedicated tracking tool.

Track Your Order

Inspecting & Signing Off

Please follow these steps carefully when your delivery arrives:

  • Visual Check — Inspect all cartons and pallets for visible damage before the driver departs.
  • Record Damages — Note any visible damage on the carrier's waybill or Goods Received (GR) note before signing. Do not accept delivery without endorsing any damage observed.
  • Pending Inspection — If you cannot fully inspect the goods immediately, write "Pending Inspection" on the waybill as a precaution.
  • Signing Off — Signing the delivery note without recording any damage limits our ability to raise claims on your behalf. Lithos cannot be held responsible for transit damage that was not reported at the point of delivery.
